INFORMATION I COLLECT FROM YOU

If you fill in a contact form, sign up to my newsletter or purchase a digital product or course from my website, I may collect the following information about you: name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, billing address, payment details (see note below), location, IP address.

Please note, if you make a purchase on my website, your credit card details are securely encrypted and processed by Stripe (a secure payment processing platform) which is automatically linked on my Squarespace website. I do not personally have access to or store any of your credit card details.

If you need to review, update or delete any of your personal information, you can log into your Squarespace account to make these changes. Or contact me if you need assistance with to do this.

My services are not for people under 18 so I will never knowingly collect personal information from any person who is under 18. If I am advised or become aware that a person under 18 has provided me with their personal information, I will delete it as soon as possible.

HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I use the personal information I collect for the following purposes: delivering the digital products or courses you have purchased, communicating with you to answer your questions, sharing content and information you have requested.

If you sign up to my newsletter, your information is collected and stored by Flodesk, a trusted 3rd party email marketing platform flodesk.com

You will only receive my newsletter or marketing information if you have requested it or subscribed via my website sign-up form. You may opt out or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in your email newsletter or by emailing me directly.

I also collect non-personally identifiable information through Squarespace analytics when you visit my website. This information helps me analyse my website visitor patterns so I can improve my website and the services I provide. This includes: page views and general location data. It does not include any data that personally identifies you.

Testimonials that are publicly available on my website will only be shared with your permission. I may also change your name or only use your first name to protect your privacy. I will always ask you before publishing any of your testimonials or reviews on my website.

CONFIDENTIALITY  OF YOUR INFORMATION

I will always use all reasonable means within my control to protect the confidentiality of your personal information.

Your credit card information is encrypted and securely stored by Stripe via Squarespace. I do not have access to or store any of this information.

I keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide my services to you and as required for taxation and legal obligations.

If there is ever a breach in security, I will notify you immediately.
