ALIGN with YOU is flexible one-to-one business alignment coaching and guidance. Instead of being time based coaching, you can choose from 5 separate personalised stages. That means you can choose the stage you need right now.

The reason I use a flexible time frame is because we all work differently. Some of my clients need extra time to reflect on their next steps. Others are ready to keep moving forward straight away. I personalise my guidance to work for you.

Stage 1: Who YOU are

In Stage 1, I help you discover what your superpowers are and how your unique combination of personal qualities, lived experiences and skills are what makes you special. I also interpret your Human Design chart to show you how to use your energy and most important gifts.

Our next step is creating your purpose story which is the reason why your work matters to you. It’s an important piece of who you are because it inspires the right people to connect with you. You can weave it into your business bio and the About page of your website.

The final step in Stage 1 is learning how your energy works best so you can make choices in your business that give you the time and space you need. It’s finding the right balance between work and rest in a way that feels aligned for you.

After Stage 1, you will have:

  • Your guide to what makes you unique and how you can use your most important gifts in your business. You will receive your Unique Personal Value profile which is a printable guide to remind you of what makes you special. This also includes an interpretation of the most important gifts in your Human Design blueprint.

  • Your authentic Purpose Story so you can build connections with your ideal people by showing why your work matters to you. You can share your story on your website About page, your business bio and anytime you’re talking about why your work inspires you.

  • Your Energy Rhythm profile so you understand how you can work in flow with your energy and get things done without burning out.

  • Your Authentic Title so you have a simple way to show what you do. This is a meaningful title based on your unique combination of personal qualities and skills. It adds your own flair to set you apart from other people in your industry.

Stage 2: Your soul-aligned clients and heart-led niche

In Stage 2, I help you discover who you’re here to help because you aren’t for everyone. You are here to help the people who recognise your value and are ready for the transformation you bring. They are the people who YOU feel inspired to work with.

I guide you to use your intuition instead of the traditional client avatars and demographics. This is about focusing on the people who share the values and personal qualities that matter to you.

Our next step is getting clear on what you want to help your ideal people to do differently or change as a result of working with you. I help you intuitively discover your soul-aligned niche so it feels right for you.

Together, we create your heart-led transformation phrase instead of an elevator pitch. Which means you have authentic words to answer the “what do you do” question. I also co-create with you to write a simple bio to use on your email signature and anywhere else where you need a short profile of who you are and what you do.

Our final step in Stage 2 is to write your 3-5 soul-aligned messages. These are the things you stand for and against. It’s also what you believe is possible as a result of your work. When you share your authentic messages, they help you to build connection with your ideal people. You can use these as the foundations for your content and your offers.

After Stage 2, you will have:

  • Your Soul-Aligned Client profile so you have a guide for who your ideal people are. This makes it easier for you to show who your services and offers are designed to help. It’s a simple description of the values and personal qualities your aligned people share.

  • Your intuitive Soul-Aligned Niche so you know what you’re here to do. You will also have a Heart-Led Transformation Phrase to introduce who you are, what you do and who it’s for. Which means you can weave this into your website words and easily answer the “what do you do” question in conversations.

Stage 3: Your soul-aligned income streams

In Stage 3, we work together to create a roadmap for growing your business in a sustainable way. I help you brainstorm and map out ideas for how you want to work with your ideal clients based on what you enjoy, your specialities, and your available time and energy.

The purpose of this stage is to come up with ideas for a combination of income streams so you can grow your business in a way that feels energising and aligned.

I guide you to see what’s possible from active offerings eg. 1:1 programs or group programs or memberships to automated (passive) offerings eg. pre-recorded courses to low cost offerings eg. pre-recorded workshops, audio meditations or masterclasses to digital products eg. customisable templates, journals or planners.

I work with you to spark new ideas and ways of working in your business based on what you enjoy doing. We then gather all of your ideas into a simple offer inspiration guide that you can refer to anytime you need a reminder of what’s possible for you.

Our final step in Stage 3 is choosing the income streams that feel most aligned for you right now and are the easiest for you to create.

I believe in taking this one simple step at a time so I then help you choose one income stream to turn into an offer. We work together to create your first offer in the next stage of your program, Stage 4: Offer Creation, so you can start sharing it with your ideal people.

After Stage 3, you will have:

  • Your Income Stream Inspiration Guide to give you clarity on the mixture of income streams that feel aligned with your gifts and your energy.

Stage 4: Create and share your first offer

In Stage 4, I help you create your first soul-aligned offer so you can start sharing it with your ideal people. This is a combination of structuring your offer and the heart-led words to show your ideal people why they need to work with you.

Our first step is mapping out all of the pieces you need so we can package them into an aligned offer. I intuitively guide you step-by-step through all aspects of your offer from who it’s for to the transformation or outcomes to how you’ll deliver it to pricing to answering your ideal people’s questions.

If pricing brings up blocks for you, I also guide you through my intuitive pricing process and hold space for you to find an intuitive price that feels like a fair exchange for your energy.

Our final step in Stage 4, is co-creating a Heart-led Invitation page for your website. Instead of creating a Sales page, we transform the energy by inviting your aligned clients to work with you. I guide and co-create with you to write the heart-led words to describe your offer using the pieces we gathered in step 1.

We also plan the layout for your website Invitation page so you can create the page yourself or give the words and outline to your website designer.

After Stage 4, you will have:

  • A simple, clear structure for your offer that helps you guide and support your ideal clients in a way that works for you. You will know exactly what to include in your offer so it makes a difference for your ideal people and aligns with how you work best.

  • Your Intuitive Pricing Guide so you can price this offer and future offers in a way that feels aligned for you. I also give you a simple tool to help you move through pricing blocks and fears.

  • The authentic words and layout outline for a Heart-led Invitation Page (instead of a Sales page) for your website. We co-create your page wording so you can copy and paste the words into your website or give it to your website designer to create the page. You can also create a PDF to share your offer with your ideal people via email.

  • Your Heart-led Invitation page personalised guide to refer to whenever you’re ready to create an invitation page for additional offers.

Stage 5: Your aligned client connection plan

In Stage 5, we work together to find authentic ways for you to be visible and connect with your soul-aligned people.

I help you choose how you want to market your business so it aligns with your personality, your values and your energy levels. Which means you can say no to social media if it doesn’t feel right for you.

My speciality is focusing on heart-led content marketing as an effective alternative to social media. That means choosing core content platforms based on the type of content you enjoy creating.

This can include things like creating a simple blog, YouTube channel, starting a podcast or writing an email newsletter or guest speaking on other people’s podcasts.

Together, we map out your Heart-led Client Connection Plan so you’re clear on how you can build relationships with your aligned people and invite them to work with you. It’s a natural process which means you don’t have to sell. All you need to do is be authentically you. I show you how to do it.

Our final step in Stage 5 is focused on turning your website into an effective visibility platform and authentic online home to welcome your soul-aligned people.

If you already have a website, I review what you already have and give you personalised recommendations for refining it. If you’re starting a brand new website, I give you a personalised guide for what you need to include.

If you have a Squarespace website or are planning to build your site on Squarespace, I also offer you the option to add on website coaching where I guide you step-by-step so you can make the changes yourself.

After Stage 5, you will have:

For each stage of Align with You, I use a flexible process so you get the guidance and support you need without having to schedule in regular zoom calls. This means we do most of our co-creating and collaboration throughout the program over email.

I guide you step-by-step so you have the flexible structure and accountability you need. It also means you can work to your own schedule and time frame.

All stages of your program include:

1..Intuitive Guidance Session to personalise your stage

We start each stage with one 60 min Intuitive Guidance Session over the phone or zoom (you can choose which one you prefer). During this session, I guide you through a series of intuitive questions to map out exactly what you need. This is your program so it’s personalised for you.

We also discuss the level of accountability and timeframes that work best for you so I know if you need me to check in with you or you prefer to ask questions if you need help.

2..Flexible step-by-step guidance and co-creation to suit your schedule

During your program, I use a flexible step-by-step guidance process over email to help you find the answers you need. It’s a collaborative email conversation where I send you intuitive guiding questions and you send me your reflections or thoughts.

I bring all the pieces together and send it back to you for your feedback. It means we can co-create exactly what you need. I also check in with you so you’re never left on your own to figure things out. You will always feel seen, heard and valued every step of the way.

3..Personal support whenever you need it

To make sure you have the personal support you need to move forward, you can contact me via email or WhatsApp whenever you have a question or need extra guidance. I reply within 1 business day during office hours (Monday-Thursday).

With WhatsApp, you have the option to send me an audio message if it’s easier to talk it out instead of writing an email. If you’re working through a bigger challenge and you need to chat, we can also book in a quick phone call.

4..Specific purposeful outcomes so you know what you’re getting

Each stage has a purposeful focus so you always know exactly what we’re working towards. After our Intuitive Guidance Session at the beginning of each stage, I personalise our focus to make sure you get the outcomes you need for your business.

This is a collaborative program so it’s also essential that we both commit to doing the work to get the results. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

5..Optional guidance and support after the program

If you would like ongoing guidance and support after the program, you have the option to continue our journey together. We can chat about what you need after you’ve completed the program. I only offer this to a small number of my 1:1 clients to make sure you continue to get the personalised guidance and support you need.

Pricing for ALIGN with YOU

Align with You is a flexible program which means that instead of paying for the whole program, you pay for each stage separately. To get started all you need to do is pay for the stage you want to start on.

You also have the option to choose the stage you need right now instead of completing the entire program.

There’s no set time frame or obligation to continue onto the next stage if you need a break to implement what you’ve learnt or manage your finances for the next stage.

  • You will have personal support over email and WhatsApp to get all of your questions answered. You can send me your questions whenever it works for you. I will reply within one business day during my office hours which are Monday to Thursday 10am to 5pm.

    I will also check in with you based on the type of accountability you need. This is personalised for you. Some of my clients need weekly checkins and others need a few weeks to work on their next steps.

  • We work to a spacious timeframe that allows you to get the best outcome from the program. We all process things differently. Some of my clients need time and others are ready to keep moving straight away. It’s personalised for you.

  • I allow a minimum of two weeks for each stage of the program. It’s your program though so we use a flexible timeframe that fits around your schedule and the way you work best. We plan this out during our first call together. I also look at your Human Design profile to help you understand what you need.

  • Payment is due before we start work on each stage. I will email you an invoice with direct transfer details (if you’re in Australia). Otherwise, you have the option to pay securely by credit card. All pricing is in AUD (Australian dollars).

    This means you only need to pay for the stage we’re currently working on.

    After you complete each stage I’ll check in to see if you’re ready to get started on the next stage. If you need to take a break between stages, that’s okay too.

  • There’s no obligation to complete the entire program. You have the option to complete just the stages you need right now. You can also take a break between stages to implement what we’ve worked on.

    Also, you only need to pay for each stage before we start working on it so there’s no need to pay for the whole program up front. This makes it easier to budget your time, energy and finances.

  • If you’re new in business, I recommend starting with Stage 1. I believe that Stage 1 creates the right foundations for everything else.

    However, if you’re already in business and you feel confident that you have your foundations worked out, I allow you to start with the stage you need right now. For you, that could be mapping out your offers, offer creation or heart-led marketing,

  • If you feel that email isn’t enough to help you take the next step then we can book in a phone chat. This is usually enough to work through any challenges you have.

    If you need a longer chat over zoom then I offer you the option of booking in an additional 45 min zoom call for $150 AUD. I find that it isn’t usually necessary to book in extra zoom calls though.

  • Yes, I include some copy shaping throughout the program for things like your Bio, Purpose Story, Heart-led Connection Phrases and your Heart-led Invitation Page. If you need additional copywriting guidance for your website pages or offers, I will price this separately based on what you need. I use a done-with-you approach to copywriting so you always have words that are authentic to you.
